Brandi and I had the opportunity to get to know each other better as we hiked the Sutter Buttes with the Sutter Buttes Land Trust, a partner of both Sutter County and Colusa County RCDs. As we explored the Sacramento Valley’s iconic “smallest mountain range in the world”, we both expressed feeling more connected to the place we live and work in.
